£25000 - £40000 per annum

You will have responsibility for headcount targets within a specific practice, which will be aligned to business strategy through a variety of cost effective and time efficient methods including using your knowledge of direct resourcing skills and social media networks.

Ideally, your candidate attraction experience will include search, advertising and assessment centre experience. You will also be expected to manage the client relationships including 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders and advising on market conditions and making appropriate recommendations. Ensuring the whole end to end process is managed effectively and efficiently up to an including interviewing and managing the offer process.

Preferably you will have:
* Either agency or In-house recruitment experience, ideally within IT.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Excellent relationship builder with all levels of seniority
* Working knowledge of PeopleClick management system
* Background of recruitment campaign management
