Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager in the North West to manage and develop on trade accounts within the Greater Manchester region with a wide range of wine/spirit products. You will be responsible for maximising distribution, turnover and margin within the independent free trade and national operators at site level through proactive account management of existing and new customers.

You will have a successful track record of FMCG sales ideally within the on trade with branded drink or food products. You will be able to demonstrate a high degree commercial acumen, negotiation, relationship building and closing skills who can easily work with customers at all levels. You will also be a team player who is seeking to maximise your earning potential whilst working in an open, honest and charismatic team. Candidates with WSET certificate will be of great interest.

£25,000 + car + bonus + benefits

The ideal candidate should have had experience working in a manufacturing environment and be proficient in the practical application of employment law and employee relations.

The following skills, knowledge and characteristics are also required:-

3. Can identify and mitigate risk, advising on the appropriate use of capability, disciplinary and grievance processes.
