Description Are you a HR Manager looking for your next challenging position?
We are currently recruiting for our client based in Luton.
The ideal candidate should have had experience working in a manufacturing environment and be proficient in the practical application of employment law and employee relations.
The following skills, knowledge and characteristics are also required:-
1. You will be able to provide advice and guidance to line managers on employment issues.
2. Adapts well to change.
3. Can identify and mitigate risk, advising on the appropriate use of capability, disciplinary and grievance processes.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with employees at all levels.
5. Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense.
6. Experience of working with Unions.
7. Regulating payroll and maintaining records relating to staff.
8. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR Software.
9. Any other HR related matters.
You will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, however there will need to be some flexibility.
Holidays - 20 days per year plus bank holidays.
